Emerald Polyphony Studios
Missy loves sound, and
loves recording and
composing music.   She will
usually perform each
instrument herself in the
studio while recording, but
welcomes other musicians
to come and add their ideas
and musicianship to her
projects.  The 'cello is
featured frequently in her
music, and it adds a unique
and powerful edge to the
intensity.  In the worship
setting, Missy has many
years' experience in
assisting leading worship
and directing children,
youth and adult choirs, and
playing in and leading
contemporary and
traditional worship groups.
Missy currently lives in
Adairsville, Georgia, in the
northwest region of the
state, and is a wife and
mother of two.  She has her
degree of Bachelor of Music
in Piano Performance from
Shorter College in Rome,
Georgia, under the direction
of Mrs. Helen Ramsaur.  Her
musical experience ranges
from classical training and
performing on the piano and
the 'cello as a soloist and in
orchestras to being a
professional keyboardist in
garage, alternative and
progressive rock, blues,
Gospel, country and pop
bands.
